The administrative structure of CLEALCO is divided into three main bodies: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and Executive Directors.

Deliberative Body maximum, part of the General Assembly all shareholders of the company. They are responsible for considering and voting on the budget proposal and the work program of the company.

The Board is composed of seven members, it is up to them define and trace the administrative policy of the company.

Already the Board of Executive Directors responsible for carrying out orders of the Council and meet all the requirements necessary for the smooth progress of the plant.
