Alcohol

Fuel genuinely national, the alcohol produced in the country offers various direct and indirect benefits to the entire Brazilian population.

Supplies part of the fleet of vehicles in the country, showing a better performance for engines and lower rates of pollution of the atmosphere at a price below that of gasoline.

Because of the alcohol, are generated more than a million jobs across the country in different sectors: plantations of sugar cane, power plants, distilleries, distributors and put fuel.

All the capital that moves fuel from its production to final consumption, is in the country. The Julio-alcooleiro sector contributes nearly 3% for the formation of the national GDP. The money raised taxes also accrue in improvements such as schools, hospitals, sanitation, safety, in addition to the progress of science and technology.

Remember that the more the alcohol is used by Brazilians, the greater the progress of our country.

Two types of alcohol are produced in the plant: the Carburante hydrated and the Anhydrous Carburante. They are the result of the fermentation and distillation of the broth of sugar cane.

The hydrated Carburante is used as fuel in part of the fleet of vehicles in Brazil. Already the Anhydrous Carburante replacing methyl post of lead in gasoline. He works as an additive to fuels, with the advantage of being less polluting.

 


Sugar

The CLEALCO produces the Sugar VHP (Very High Polarization), type of sugar that serves as a raw material for refiners manufacture the product that reaches the fork.

Currently, in addition to sell it to Brazil, it also exports to various parts of the world.
 


Byproducts

- Bagasse-of-Cana  - are the fibers resulting from the extraction of the broth of sugar cane. It is used to generate steam for boilers. It also serves as animal feed after hydrolyzed

- Vinhaça Concentrated liquid - is the residue of the transformation of sugar into alcohol (wine:). With it is the fertilization of plantations of sugar cane.

- Molasses - by-product of sugar obtained by centrifugation. One of the components used in the fermentation for the production of alcohol.

- Oil Fusel - viscous fluid extracted in small quantities in the process of distillation of alcohol, employed in chemical and cosmetic industries.

- Yeast -organism responsible for the transformation of sucrose in alcohol, obtained from the process fermentativo. After drought, can serve as animal feed.

- Electrical Energy - through the burning of pomace, generates is the steam, which turns into mechanical energy and then electricity. The energy obtained triggers the electric motors and lights all CLEALCO.
